What to send so we can help in one replyFor login and payment problems on WhatsApp.

  • Your Lotus365 username. Never the password.
  • The exact error message, or a screenshot of the screen with the error.
  • Which link you used, and whether it came from our verified box or somewhere else.
  • Phone model and whether you are on the app or the browser.
  • For a deposit or withdrawal: the amount, the time you sent it, and the UPI reference number.
  • Your city, so we can tell you if a bank-side delay is known in your area.

What we will never ask you for

  • Your Lotus365 password, or a one-time password from your bank or UPI app.
  • A deposit to “open”, “verify” or “activate” an ID. An ID is issued first; you deposit only inside the panel, never to a personal UPI handle sent in chat.
  • Aadhaar, PAN or a selfie with your card.
  • Payment to “release” a withdrawal that is pending.

If anyone claiming to be Arts Forums or Lotus365 support asks for any of these, stop, take a screenshot and email it to us. The only number that speaks for this site is the one behind the WhatsApp button on this page.
