By reading or using theartsforums.com, including its Hindi pages and any link, button or redirect it provides, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
In plain words: using the site means you accept these rules. There is nothing to sign.
2. Who we are, and are not
Arts Forums is an independent information service published by Arts Forums Digital, New Delhi, India. We are not Lotus365, its operator, licensee, agent or affiliate. We do not open or manage accounts, accept deposits, process withdrawals, set odds or settle bets. Any account you hold is a contract between you and the operator or the agent who issued it, on their terms.
When you request an ID through the WhatsApp button, you are introduced to an independent agent. The agent, not Arts Forums, issues the ID and handles your money. The agent may compensate us for the introduction, as described on the about page.
In plain words: we explain how things work and introduce you to a person on WhatsApp. We never touch your money.
3. Age and legality
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Online money gaming is regulated differently across India and is prohibited in several states, and the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 prohibits online money gaming and its promotion in India from 1 May 2026. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the law that applies to you, including any tax obligation on winnings. Nothing on this site is an invitation to break the law.
In plain words: adults only, and the legal risk is yours. Our responsible gaming page states the legal position as plainly as we can.
4. What our content is
Our pages are general information and the record of our own checks, made on the dates shown. They are not legal, financial or betting advice, and they are not a promise that any link, app version, limit, timing or feature will be the same when you read them. The operator can change its domains, app, limits and rules without telling us. Where we state a figure, it is what we observed on our own test account on the stated date.
We make no representation that you will win, earn, or recover any amount by following anything on this site, and we never say otherwise.

5. Links, WhatsApp and the operator
Buttons marked as leading to WhatsApp, to the operator's login page or to an app file take you off this site. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or any transaction you enter into there. Links to the operator are marked as sponsored where a referral arrangement exists. Our redirect records the click as described in the privacy policy.
We check the operator link and app file on the dates shown and remove links we find to be unsafe, but we cannot guarantee that a destination is safe at the moment you tap it. Install app files only from our app page, never from a copy sent to you by someone else.
In plain words: once you leave, it is between you and them. We check the doors, we do not run the rooms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, mirror or republish our pages, screenshots or tables, except for short quotations with a link back;
- send automated traffic through our redirect, or use it to disguise another destination;
- present yourself as Arts Forums, Berlin or our WhatsApp support, or use our name to collect anyone's credentials or money;
- attempt to access our server, logs or mailbox, or interfere with the site's operation;
- use the site if you are under 18 or where doing so is unlawful.
We may block any traffic that breaches these rules without notice.

7. Copyright and brand names
The text, tables, illustrations and screenshots on this site are the work of Arts Forums and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.
Lotus365 and other names mentioned here are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the subject of the guide, which is their ordinary descriptive use. No ownership, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied, and we do not reproduce their logos. Rights holders who object to a particular use should write to us under section 9.
In plain words: our words are ours, their name is theirs, and we use it only to say what we are writing about.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the site and its content, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Arts Forums, its publisher and its editor are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from anything you do on a third-party site, app or WhatsApp chat reached from it, including loss of money deposited with, wagered through or owed by any operator or agent, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of India.
In plain words: we are a free guide. We do our checks honestly, but if money is lost with an operator or an agent, that is not a loss we can carry.
9. Corrections and takedowns
If anything on the site is inaccurate, email with the page address and the correction. Confirmed corrections go live the same day with a dated note on the page.
If you are a rights holder and object to the use of your mark, image or text, email the page address, the material concerned, the basis of your objection and your contact details. We acknowledge within two working days and act on valid requests. We may ask for proof of your authority to act for the rights holder.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
In plain words: Indian law applies, and the courts of our city decide anything that cannot be settled by email.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes and a line is added below. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
