Editorial policy

The rules every page on this site follows, so you can judge for yourself whether to trust a date, a figure or a link here.

Effective 4 November 2026. Responsible: Berlin, editor.

The short version

  • No fact goes on a page until we have seen it on our own test account, on the date shown next to it.
  • Login and app pages are re-checked every two weeks. Payment figures monthly. Every change is written on the page, with its date.
  • We never publish tips, predictions or "sure" markets, and never use the words earn, income or guaranteed.
  • Corrections go live the same day and stay visible. We do not delete our mistakes.
  • One source of income, disclosed on every relevant page. No paid placements, no paid reviews.
  • Brand names are used only to describe. No logos, no "official" wording, no pretending to be the operator.

1. What we publish and why

Arts Forums publishes practical guides to one brand, Lotus365, for adult cricket fans in India: how to get an ID, log in, install the app, deposit, withdraw, and what the risks and the law are. We publish because the pages that rank for these searches are mostly anonymous, undated and wrong, and people lose money to the links on them. Our aim is to be the one page that is current and honest, not the longest.

2. Verification before publication

Every factual claim on this site falls into one of three kinds, and each has a rule.

  • Things we can test. The login link, the app version, the install steps, deposit and withdrawal minimums and times, error messages. These are published only after Berlin has performed the action on a personal test account on a real Android phone over mobile data, and the date of that test is printed next to the fact.
  • Things we can observe but not test. How variant names are used, what agents say, what appears in groups. These are described as observations, with wording such as "in our checks" or "agents we spoke to", never as rules.
  • Things we can only read. The law, tax rates, enforcement news. These are taken from the official text or from credible press, named in the text, and we say when we are summarising rather than quoting.

In plain words: if a sentence has a date next to it, we did it ourselves on that date. If it does not, it tells you where it came from.

3. Dates and re-checks

Page typeRe-checkedWhat triggers an extra check
Home, login, app, WhatsAppEvery two weeksAny report of a domain change, a failed login, or a new APK
Deposit, withdrawal, customer careMonthlyA reader reports a changed minimum or a long delay
Variants, guidesMonthlyA new name appears in searches or groups
Responsible gaming, legal statementsWhen the law or enforcement movesA notification, a court order, a credible news report
Legal pages (privacy, terms)Every six monthsA change in how the site works

Every page shows two dates where they differ: when it was first published and when it was last checked. A page whose check date is older than its schedule is a page we are behind on, and you are welcome to tell us so.

4. Sources

In order of preference: our own test account; the operator's own pages as they appear to a logged-in user; the official text of Indian law and tax rules; reporting by established Indian news organisations; and, last, what agents and users tell us, which we always label as such. We do not use other guide sites, YouTube videos or Telegram channels as sources for facts, only as signals that something may have changed and needs checking.

5. What we do not publish

  • Betting tips, predictions, "fixed" or "sure" markets, or links to anyone who sells them.
  • Claims of winnings, income or earnings, including testimonials. Any message we receive claiming a win is not published.
  • Customer care numbers we have not verified. Posting a phone number as "official" is how most scams in this space start.
  • App files from any source other than the operator, or links to third-party APK sites.
  • Content aimed at anyone under 18, cartoon imagery, or language borrowed from gaming aimed at children.
  • Anything that hides, softens or omits the legal position in India.

6. Corrections

If we got something wrong, we fix it the same day we confirm it, and we add a dated line to the page saying what changed. We do not quietly edit old facts. Material corrections, such as a wrong link or a wrong minimum, also go into the "what changed" box on the home page for two weeks. Readers can send corrections to or through the contact page, anonymously if they prefer.

7. Independence and income

Arts Forums is not owned by, paid by or affiliated with Lotus365 or any operator. The site has one source of income: when a reader asks for an ID through our WhatsApp link, the independent agent who issues it may compensate us for the introduction. This is stated on the about page, the terms page and here.

That arrangement does not change what we write. The deposit and withdrawal figures are what we measured, the error fixes are what worked, and the responsible gaming page tells you to stop when you should stop. If we ever find the operator is not paying out or is unsafe, we remove the link and say so on the home page, income or not. We do not sell placements, accept paid reviews, or take money to remove a warning.

8. Brand names and screenshots

The name Lotus365 and the variant names appear on this site to describe what the guide is about, which is ordinary descriptive use. We do not use the operator's logo, app icon or marketing images, and we do not call anything on this site "official". Screenshots of the login, app and payment screens are our own captures from our test account, or demonstration screens we drew ourselves, and each is labelled. Readers' personal data never appears in them.

9. Hindi pages

Hindi pages are written in Hindi, not machine-translated from the English. They cover the same facts, checked on the same dates, in the language people actually use for these searches, which mixes Hindi and English terms. Where the two versions differ in a fact, the more recently checked one is correct and the other is updated within a day.

10. Who is responsible

Berlin writes, tests and edits every page and is responsible for everything published under the Arts Forums name. There is no separate content team and no outsourced writing. Questions about this policy, and complaints about any page, go to and are answered within two working days.
