How to Withdraw from Lotus365 (2026)
The request, the wait, the payout, and the six reasons a withdrawal comes back rejected. Measured on our own account, six withdrawals in one week.
The short version
- Minimum ₹1,000. Only from free balance, so open bets must settle first.
- UPI paid in 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank in 2 to 24 hours. Mornings fastest, match nights slowest.
- The account must be in your name and match the name on your deposits.
- One request at a time. A second request while one is pending gets both rejected.
- No charges from the panel. Nobody legitimate asks for a fee to "release" a withdrawal.
- Withdraw wins the same day. A balance left in the panel is a balance you will bet.
Withdraw, step by step
Screenshot slot: withdraw screen- Check for open bets. The top bar shows Balance and, next to it, Exposure. You can withdraw only the balance that is not tied up in exposure. If a session market is still running, wait for it to settle.
- Tap the balance, then Withdraw. In the app it is under Account in the bottom bar.
- Enter the amount. Minimum ₹1,000 on our account. Round numbers process faster because the agent types them by hand.
- Choose UPI or bank and enter the account. The first time, the panel saves it. The name on the account must match the name you deposited from.
- Submit. The request appears in your statement as Pending. Do not submit a second one; it cancels both.
- Wait, then check your bank app, not the panel. The panel status changes to Approved only after the agent has sent the money, sometimes a few minutes after it has already landed.

A rejection that fits none of these, especially one that comes with a demand for a fee, a "tax" or a "verification deposit", is not a rejection. It is someone trying to get a second payment out of you. Read the responsible gaming page on what an agent-issued ID does not protect, and tell us.
When to withdraw, and how much
Same day as the win
Money that sits in the panel overnight has a way of becoming the next day's stake. Request the withdrawal while the win is still a number you are pleased with.
Mornings, weekdays
The agent is at a desk, banks are not queued, and nothing is live. Our fastest payouts were all between 10:00 and 13:00.
Keep the statement
Screenshot the request and the approval. If a payout ever goes missing, the UTR in the approval is what the agent and your bank both need.
Pending for a long time: what to send the agent
If a UPI withdrawal has been pending for more than two hours by day, or a bank withdrawal for more than 24, message the agent on WhatsApp with exactly four things: your username, the amount, the time you submitted, and the last four characters of the UPI ID or account. That lets them find it in one look. Do not send your password, and do not send a new request.
If the agent says it is paid and your bank shows nothing after an hour, ask for the UTR of their payment and check it with your bank. IMPS occasionally lands the next morning; UPI does not. A UTR that your bank cannot find after four hours means the payment was not made, whatever the panel says.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Six causes we have seen: open bets, deposit not yet wagered once, name mismatch, wrong UPI ID, amount above the agent's limit, or two requests pending. Each has a fix in the table above.
Is there a withdrawal charge?
None from the panel or the agent in our six tests. Your receiving bank may charge for IMPS. A fee demanded to "release" a payout is a scam.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No. The account must be in your name and match the deposit source. This is the one rule every agent enforces without exception.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Ask the agent on WhatsApp before it is approved. Once approved it is already paid.
Is a withdrawal taxable?
